Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Board members and staff will present more visual information to the organizational constituents, donors, and artists. 2. Board engagement will increase by having common technology tools. 3. Information will be streamlined and accessible, such as books, documents, and contracts, in a manner that is tablet friendly. 4. Apps will allow for technologically-challenged board members to have information available, and useable.We will track the use and increases in communication levels with the board members. We will also be able to track a variety of tasks, like donor development software, organizational apps, and 'reader' programs from afar. Currently, we have no way of tracking engagement between meetings, beside social media.

Measurable Outcome(s)

We are primarily focused on utilizing the iPads for building capacity and simplifying task and information sharing.
