We will build relationships with members of groups that have been underserved by the arts.Recruitment and Data management: Tabulate and record open house numbers and registrations done at that event. Tabulate and record registrations through website. Tabulate and record registrations on first rehearsal date. Evaluate numbers from registrations. Tabulate and record registrations from school visits or contacts. Compare numbers from previous fall semesters. There will be board discussion with numbers and their reactions to it. There will also be time to implement a plan for fundraising in 2014.
Measurable Outcome(s)
Manager has been hired and has been very effective with organizing, marketing and use of technology. Data program has been developed and is used by the manager. The board is working as a team. The board is implementing new marketing strategies that have caused the organization to grow and be recognized.
