Expected changes are: reviving my commitment to the arts as a driver of economic development for rural communities and rebuilding the bridge across my government work and the arts, focused on coordinating our physical local assets with the talents around us. I will document the ideas generated by the experience, the specific contacts I made, changes in my thinking or approach to my work, and my reactions or responses to the experience.
