Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

“The capacity of those providing arts experiences is increased or strengthened by changing, expanding, or enriching the ways in which they connect to their communities through the arts.” I hope to gain skills in engaging the Hispanic community artists to present their art at a monthly art exhibition at our organization. “The infrastructure of arts organizations is strengthened through access to operating funds, professional development and best practices sharing.” I hope to gain the ability to engage an employee and/or volunteer(s) to lighten my workload as director, maintenance personnel, event organizer and publicist. Utilizing attained knowledge and contacts from the Summit workshops I will successfully engage 2-3 Hispanic artists to exhibit in the Cultural Centre Gallery in 2020. #6: I will learn how to recruit and delegate tasks to at least two volunteers utilizing their strengths.
