Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Artists and arts organizations build relationships with members of, or organizations that serve, groups that have traditionally been underserved by the arts or by the applicant organization. Anecdotal responses, contacts made, relationships built, ideas generated.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Exceeded my expectations with respect to the amount of activities going on. The splayed out nature of the market contrasted with the coffee station and displays made it challenging to get around to all the information to be taken in. The Keynotes were excellent! I have a higher level of awareness about sources of funding and innovative ways that groups have organized which I expect to apply in our home territory. WONDERFUL networking. I would have enjoyed some structure to be even more purposeful about learning the realms of endeavor represented by the summit participants. So many approaches and focus areas. It leads me to consider many more possibilities that could be undertaken in our region. Because we in Montevideo are a host community for Minneapolis College of Art and Design fellows I hope to provide some steerage to make it even more successful that last years' I am set on understanding collaboration in the arts more fully.
