Goal 1: Enhance the long-running Tori Music Festival by providing funds for local and regional artist/musician and crafts people participation as well as a coordinator for the event. Outcome: Increase the number of performers that participate in the festival and provide better coordination of the event by hiring a project manager to secure artists and publicize the event. Goal 2: Create a space for sharing community culture and history. Outcome 2: A well planned event that is attended by the local community. Goal 1: We will track the number and types of artists and performers that participate in the event. Goal 2: We will photo document the event.
