Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

We are trying to provide our youth with a sustainable way to explore the arts. Many of them can not afford the cost for all the supplies, lessons, or tickets to a show. We are trying to provide them with art exploration where funding is not a problem for them. Where they can just learn, explore and be creative. The outcome of the project is our youth will learn many aspects of art, find a passion or a hobby. Be excited and interested about art going forward and look forward to future projects. The community will be immersed with the youth art and excited to see what is coming next. We will take surveys from the youth, parents and community. There is a online page for comments and suggestions. We will personally talk to the youth and parents asking them what they thought and what they would like in the future. Also what could be improved on. Throughout the community we have conversations too, asking what they thought and what could be improved. There is also a community potluck monthly for conversations and a suggestion box for anonymity. All these are compiled and taken into consideration by staff when planning our next project.
