Project Details

Open Range Concerts - up north 2023 concert season. We will host 3-4 concerts featuring professional acoustic musicians who perform primarily original music.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Goals: 1) ORC will provide at least three small venue, live concerts at Faith United UCC. 2) Workshop sessions will be offered by the performers as skill-building opportunities for area musicians and students. 3) ORC audiences will increase by at least 10% during the 2022-23 grant year, Measurable outcomes: 1) Number of concerts hosted 2) Number of workshops offered and number of participants 3) Increase in average audience size to 40 individuals at live performances. The concert schedule will document the number of concerts provided as well as the performers. The number of workshops and attendance will be documented. Participants may be asked for feedback regarding their experience. Participants will also be given the opportunity to suggest future workshop topics or focus. A record of attendance will be kept for each concert. The average attendance will be determined at the end of the season. Audience members will be offered a survey opportunity to provide feedback and suggestions. Response on social media to event postings will also provide an avenue to receive feedback.
