Agate Encores Community Concerts was formed in 2018 with the mission or goal of bringing professional entertainment to the Moose Lake area. We hope to continue to bring quality musical performances locally while keeping ticket prices very affordable (season tickets $45/single adult ticket $15), especially for our youth (single ticket $5). That is our goal with bringing the Highland String Quartet concert to our area as well. We hope to enrich the lives of our community members, impacting the quality of life through a creative lens. Our pre-Covid numbers of concert attendees ranged from 150 - 275. This current "post" Covid season we have averaged approximately 150. Our measurable outcomes would be to have a positive audience response, measured by enthusiastic response during the concert as well as positive post-concert comments: a robust number of audience members (250); 30 ?early season? ticket sales - all of which would indicate excitement for our upcoming season. We assess our success by having our audiences fill out an evaluation of the concert, which also gives an opportunity for future concert suggestions. We would hope for a 50% rate of completion from those in attendance. We will include questions directed toward our measurable outcomes (i.e. How likely are you to attend a future concert based on today's performance? What suggestions do you have for future concerts') We also speak directly with our patrons following the concert. We tally the attendance (250+ anticipated) and the audience evaluations. We then make decisions for future performances, always varying the genres to give new enriching experiences to our audiences. At this time we are not able to track responses and activity on social media.
