Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Mesabi Musical Theater plans to produce the Broadway musical, Legally Blonde. Our goals are to present 4 shows at the Rock Ridge High School's Performing Arts Center, to have 400 people in attendance at each show, to provide the audience with a high-quality, live performance, to fill all the available roles in the cast during our May auditions, to find musicians to play all the parts in the pit, to enable our performers to hone their craft, and to hold our expenses to $32,165.00. MMT will measure the success of our goals by keeping accurate count of our ticket sales to determine audience size, by informally surveying and observing audience enjoyment, by keeping accurate records of income and expenses, by keeping accurate record of performer participants, and by having follow-up meetings with all staff and board to gather feedback.
