The goal of this project is to represent our school community visually through collaborative mural that showcases our classroom animals. The bottle cap medium will also bring awareness to the importance of environmental education at our school by reusing a common waste product. My hope is that students can bring more emphasis to proper recycling and encourage reducing and reusing as important strategies to protect our earth. Problem solving, completing, installing, and celebrating the student work with families are all outcomes of this project. We will also measure the actual number of caps used in the project.
