(a) $16,821,000 the first year and $16,953,000 the second year are for parks and trails of regional or statewide significance in the metropolitan area, distributed according to paragraphs (b) to (1). Any funds remaining after completion of the listed project may be spent on projects to support parks and trails by the implementing agency.
Reconstruction of Estabrook Road including such items as paving, curbing and lighting and related work and facilities, plus completion of lighting affecting approximately 1,500 feet of other vicinity roads, open for use by the public.
Preliminary design of the site improvements is currently underway. Developing an RFP for a Professional Services Agreement. Estabrook road reconstruction and lighting infrastructure is complete. Final approval anticipated for Spring 2016.
