Normandale Lake parking areas improvement project is a joint effort with Bloomington and Three Rivers Park District. The park district manages construction and the City shares expenses. Work is substantially complete. Punch list items will be addressed in the spring of 2015. The City anticipates submitting its first grant reimbursement request in February, 2015. Project bids were under the cost estimates, so will use part of the remaining funds for another parking lot reconstruction project in 2015-2016 at West Bush Lake Park.
