Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our primary goals for this project are to 1) increase community participation and ownership in the overall vision and operations of a creative Mainstreet building; 2) continue building community confidence in The YES! House; and 3) gather the necessary information to begin developing a comprehensive 5-year planning document for sustainability of operations. We expect that community members will feel included through public engagement activities, and fundraising, overall event attendance, and volunteer support will increase due to more awareness and connection to The YES! House. We will measure success by participation at meetings and during public engagement events, thoughtful feedback received from community members and committee members, informal and formal conversations with committee members, and post-engagement surveys with committee members.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Committee members reported feeling engaged and responsible for the vision of the YES! House. Fundraising, overall event attendance, and volunteer support have increased due to more awareness and connection to The YES! House. DoPT gained valuable feedback
