Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our goal is to test the feasibility of a municipal / arts council collaboration to creatively address local civic infrastructure challenges through artistic means. We'd also like to gauge public response to larger scale, City-supported arts initiatives. After the work is done, we'll send out a poll with our utility bills and have them available at City Hall for local feedback on the project. We'll assess its success in City Council before moving forward with planning for 2024.
