This project will contribute to my growth as an artist because it will give me the funding and support that I need to continue my projects. I am hoping that that by making another great sculpture, it will help brand me as a sculpture artist and gain more expose with the public as an artist. I will also contribute to me honing my skills as a sculptor and gaining more experience. I plan to measure my changes from getting feedback from my mentor, Leah Gossum. And also journaling my progress and evaluating myself as I go.
