Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

To visually enhance an existing public space within the community. To use art as a medium to fuse the heritage of the community with a prominent-present day resource/attraction. Showcase a local and/or regional artist(s). Encourage entries from an artist(s) who specializes in community collaboration. Note the potential for the use of materials from local fabricating and/or recycling businesses.The installation will cover more than 80% of the existing space (approximately 75' long and 15' high) at the purposed site. More than 10 members of the community will physically participate in the creative process. The artist will reside within 75 miles of City of Holdingford. More than half of the art installation will consist of recycled materials.

Measurable Outcome(s)

In the Holdingford Mill Art Project proposal, three main outcomes were identified. First the Committee wanted to involve the community in this process. This was accomplished by using an established committee (Holding In Partnership) to oversee the process
