Public Art
Create and install the art selected by a Community vote. Project consists of historical panels mounted on a blank steel wall on one of downtown Foley's main streets.

After public voting on four conceptual presentations, the winning presentation is a detailed picture of the desired mural on a designated building. The evaluation will be a comparison of the conceptual presentation to the completed project by the Foley Ecomonic Development Committee. Public opinion will also be considered.
