Enemy of the People on the Banks of the Mississippi: The St. Cloud Arts Commission will collaborate with Sod House Theater to produce an immersive, site-specific musical adaptation of Ibsen's Enemy of the People with local actors and musicians.

The Arts Commission and Sod House Theater will gather the number of collaborators/community partners; audience size; outreach attendance; discussions held; artists involved, volunteer hours, and increases in Adopt-a-Drain program participation. Arts Commission and Sod House Theater staff will collect all numbers of audiences, artists, collaborators, in-kind donations and partner activities throughout the entire process beginning in January 2024.
