Youth Outcome: Through quality arts experiences in the areas of dance, visual arts, digital arts and fashion and sewing, youth will strengthen pride in their self-identity, foster respect and be empowered to use their creative voice. We will take daily attendance using an internally developed database. We measure success using an online survey. We review survey and participation data quarterly and make adjustments to recruitment/retention plans and program design accordingly.
