Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Increase number of children who attend a performance by 100%. 2. Positive audience reaction of 95% satisfactory or higher. 3. Positive reactions of 80% satisfactory or higher response by cast, crew and pit orchestra.1. By simply counting the free children admissions, we will determine if more children attended the performance than last year. If sufficient grant dollars are not received, the production will still be staged and free children's admission will be limited to just a few production dates. 2. A survey is conducted of audience members. Our measurable outcome can be determined using the completed surveys. The survey measures quality of performance and admission cost as determined by the audience. 3. A blind survey is conducted of cast and crew following a production. Those that complete the survey will be asked to rate their overall experience either as a cast, crew or pit orchestra member.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Our measurable outcomes included a 100% increase of children who attend performances; 95% positive audience reaction; and 80% positive reaction by cast, crew and pit orchestra. We were successful in increasing the number of children who attended the perfo
