Evaluation plan/method: To open and close the event, attendees will be given the same short survey, asking them to assess (circle) the value of 11 strategies for creating safe spaces for brave conversations. To ensure response, pens will be provided by Gate City Bank, the program will pause, allowing time to record opinions. Opening surveys will be collected immediately after they are filled out. At the end of the program, guests will be invited to select a "favor" when they drop their surveys in the collection box near the exit.
