ACHF Arts Access
Provide a forum for 150+ artists to exhibit/sell their work to a large public audience. Provide art experience for 1,500 youth in various media in the Little Lemons Children's Area. Offer an outdoor, evening concert to more than 1,000.; 1. Provide a forum for 150-200 artists to exhibit and sell their work to a large (10,000-plus) public audience 2. Provide an art education experience for more than 1,500 youth (13 and under) in various media (painting, pottery, drawing, etc) throughout the day via the Little Lemons Children's Area 3. Offer an outdoor, evening concert to more than 1,000 community members Send post-event evaluation to art vendors. Evaluate options for activities in the Little Lemon's area. Survey audience to gather feedback on event.; 1) We will send a post-event evaluation to all of our art and craft vendors to gather feedback about their experience and determine whether we have been effective in providing them with the opportunity to exhibit and sell their work. (see attached survey) 2) We work with the Paramount Arts District to run our Children's area each year. They carefully evaluate the available options for activities and craft a plan each year to provide maximum effectiveness for the time young people spend during the fair. 3) We will survey the audience to determine size and demographic composition in order to evaluate whether or not we are reaching our attendance goals.
175 patrons and 60 musicians enjoyed the award-winning movie scores and related to the images of home depicted in the music. Everyone was moved by the narration written and performed by guest artist Bradley Greenwald, baritone. The audience was counted and many sent positive comments on social media ("Bravo performance") and email. Many were impressed by the genius of the guest artist.
