Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our primary goal for our students is to offer them a unique jazz program that not only challenges their skills, but also encourages each band member to fulfill his or her unique musical potential. We anticipate that our students will continue to share their renewed musical commitments and skills within their Central Minnesota Communities through their involvement and performances with junior and senior high school bands, churches, and community groups. We measure these goals by asking our band members and their parents about benefits the students have gained. At the end of the session, we will ask our students to review the band director and the support they received from the association's program by completing anonymous questionnaires. Results of these questionnaires will be shared with the board and the band's director. Ideas shared through these questionnaires will be used to determine changes to the program.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Evaluation of the program included written reviews from musicians and their parents. Our primary goal for our students is to offer them a unique jazz program that not only challenges their skills, but also encourages each band member to fulfill his or her
