ACHF Arts Access
1. We will draw a minimum of 500 patrons. We will gauge our attendance count on the number of programs distributed at the door where the community enters and we will utilize volunteers and station them at the main entrance doors to get the most accurate count. Attendance by the community is a key factor in our measurement of success. 2. We will raise money with our silent auction to help local homeless youth. 3. The ERHS student media team will put together digital media to archive and showcase the event. ERHS has a student newscast aired for the entire student body. Those students who were unable to attend can still see the art and performances from the Evening of the Arts. 4. We will celebrate our student population through performances and demonstrations in art, music, spoken word activities, theater snippets, photography, video productions, and cultural displays and dances showcasing the cultural backgrounds of students. This celebration will include the art forms of visual arts, music, theater, dance, and literary arts. 5. The community benefits from a family-friendly art and culture event. 1. Count the number of programs handed out; number of individuals entering the main door; possibly breakdown by age ( 0-14, 15- 30, 30- 60, 60+) 2. Silent Auction dollars raised. 3. Media creation to recap the event and share with the student body. 4. Record number of individuals participating, especially with a breakdown by arts area. 5.
