Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

With 2 bookend workshop/performance weekends, and various events and projects in between, we anticipate reaching dozens of creators from all walks of life. New relationships will be developed, trust of our neighbors will increase. Differing opinions will be respected, even if not resolved. While these outcomes seem overly optimistic and highly subjective, I am willing to state these changes amongst the people participating in the project, whether they enter from the beginning or anytime during the span of the project. I would like to include at least 50% people of color, 50% LGBTQ, and 75% Women in this project, as participants. We will create an automatic evaluation link for each event or activity that will be sent to the participants' phones or emails. This will ask for quantitative and qualitative information. The in-person evaluation will be more engaging, and will gather information about the individuals participating. We will ask questions that invites long answers on post its or through audio collection. We will gather demographic information through visual data collecting methods like photos, "marble drops" and more. I will keep a visual journal of the experience and include comments and feedback along the way
