Project Details

Unite Cloud will partner with local artists, Vatsalaa Jha and Heidi Jeub, in a series of community conversations that will lead to the design of a portable public art installation piece, ready for summer 2021.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Jha and Jeub will attend already scheduled community conversations with Unite Cloud, as well as facilitate design activities, to inform final design project. 2. Active participants in the research and development stage will feel they had an opportunity to unpack complex ideas around the vocabulary of equity, equality, and justice. 3. This collaboration between artists and Unite Cloud will deepen our understanding of how art and social change can work together.; Learning ; Community 1. Information about participants will be gathered to exhibit the diversity of conversations. 2. Updated information about the project and research will be shared via a social media and email platform, so that participants can continue the discussion. 3. Written reflections will be provided by partners from Unite Cloud and artists throughout the duration of the research phase.
