Measurable outcomes include: A Monday night weekly festival is viable for local businesses and participating artists; evaluated by sales and attendance numbers. Audience members will support local artists in a different venue and format than Millstream Arts Festival; evaluated by sales Support from the City and local businesses; evaluated by willingness to offer or provide future support; Artist, food vendors and musicians demographic includes diversity of cultures.; Access ; Learning ; Community Evaluation will be through the number of artists participating, the diversity of artists selected to participate, the estimated crowd attendance, and the openness to diversity in demographics as well as a new format are the methods we will use to gauge whether or not we achieved our stated measurable outcomes.
