Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

A successful outcome of our programs is that youth learn new skills and life lessons by working with mentors. This artist mentorship program is a great opportunity to get the creative youth involved in a beneficial relationship with a professional artist, who understands the importance of one-on-one guidance and support. This will be an evolving program. We will continually monitor and adjust as needed. We are looking at the numbers and continually talking with youth and parents. ; Access ; Learning ; Community This is an ongoing evalution process. We will do several popcorn check-ins as well formal surveys. As we implement the program we hope to also learn from our participants and our mentors looking to making adjustments as we learn together.
