Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1. By providing interesting and relevant art activities on a regular basis, visitors and local community members can engage with artists and new perspectives, leading to an expanded understanding of creativity, difference, and possibility. 2. Artists will feel valued by how we engage them in ideation of programming, fair compensation, and collaborative processes. ; Access ; Learning ; Community To measure these outcomes, we will (1) create a survey for each activity, both digital and paper, that will gather feedback, (2) track newcomers and regular visitors to the program, and (3) engage with the regulars to see what keeps bringing them back. We utilize a combination of online surveys and social media feedback, in person conversation, and fun engagement evaluations in and around the space. We would like to partner with SCSU, CSBSJU faculty to engage students to develop a data-driven plan to measure these outcomes. Conversations have begun, yet, a solid plan hasn't been decided.
