Rehearsal attendance and quality, public attendance at the conductor chat, the concert, and at our post-concert event: quality of the performance. We take attendance at rehearsals, and at the end of May have members fill out a satisfaction survey: attendance at the chat and concert are taken by board members: we visually assess reception participation and receive feedback about the concert.
