The Saint Cloud Symphony Orchestra will perform a concert entitled "Russian Romance" on Saturday, October 29, 2016 at 7:30pm in Ritsche Auditorium at Saint Cloud State University. This concert will be conducted by Artistic Director candidate Eduard Zilber
