The evaluation plan includes reviewing attendance, number of season tickets sold, survey results, number of volunteers, number of donors, and donor contributions. The board will use the information for continuous improvement for future events. To foster, integrate, increase access, and encourage an appreciation of music and the performing arts in Sauk Centre, Melrose, and surrounding areas.
