This grant activity will raise the quality of the spring 2017 Owatonna Symphony Orchestra concert and thus of arts opportunities in the region. 1) Observed behavior change, 2) observed quality changes in performance level, 3) conversations with volunteer members of Owatonna Symphony Orchestra.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Our goal was to raise funds to hire professional musicians for vacant chairs in the Owatonna Symphony Orchestra. This goal was met by hiring professional musicians. By doing so, we believe that the end artistic product was greater than it would have been
