Perceived or real barriers to participation are addressed. Partnerships are developed between social service organizations and arts organizations to better serve underserved communities. Social or human service organizations use arts to help achieve their service goals.
For outcome A, 83% of participant respondents agreed or strongly agreed that they would not they would not have been able to participate in the arts activities provided as the result of this grant without Wilder support. Wilder measured this outcome through a survey that we gave to all participants following each arts activity. 2: Wilder strengthened our partnerships with arts organizations and artists to better serve underserved communities. 87% of arts participants reported that participating in arts activities as the result of this grant enhanced their overall experience with Wilder. During this grant period, we also worked with three new artists, which exceeded our goal of working with two new artists. 100% of Wilder staff strongly agreed that including arts activities in their programs helped them achieve their service goals and greatly enhanced the quality of service they were able to provide. Similarly, 100% of program participants agreed or strongly agreed that participating in arts activities enhanced the quality of service they received from Wilder and helped them to achieve their service goals.
