Visitors to the regional parks and trails are in lower percentages for low income, people with disabilities, and older adults. Some of the higher income ranges are more prevalent than in the overall population as are adults from their 20's through mid-40's

Measurable Outcome(s)

A wide array of programming was offered to Ramsey County residents with targeted outreach to people of color and low income residents. Examples of programming including fishing, archery, canoeing, hiking biking, snowshoein, kicksledding and cross country skiing. 405 programs were completed, with approximatleyt 27% of participants being people of color and a low-incoming participation percentage of approximately 35%.
