Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The goal of our project is to retain Benjamin Nilles through September, giving MSO time to develop operating plans for a range of likely scenarios, including resumption of normal activities. Measurable outcomes are: ? MSO will retain its Artistic Director/Conductor through September ? MSO will have plans in place to resume operations at a reduced budget ? MSO will have plans in place to keep performance options available for musicians, and listening options available for audience members, in a range of scenarios. Results will be measured in September by the board. We will be successful if our Artistic Director is still under contract to MSO, if our revised budget is sustainable in the then-current economic climate, and if the board has well-defined plans in place for a range of likely scenarios.
