2023 D-E-I Think Tank for Lyricality Development and Communications will fund organizational leaders to to work with consulting advisors to implement important components of Lyricality's strategic development plan

Organization will create a story board, map strategies, and write campaign to communicate with stakeholders and motivate support; Diverse central MN artists will decentralize organizational leadership to empower underserved communities. Checklist of proposed tasks complete; dialogue with participants to assess the value of the process and outcomes; narrative report explaining what worked and where there is need for improvement, with suggestions for change.
