Chamber Music Society Strategic Planning. This grant will enable us to bring in a consultant to assist us with a strategic planning process.

ACHF Arts Access
The Chamber Music Society (CMS) will hire a consultant to assist staff and board members with our strategic planning in summer 2020. The process itself is much about evaluation, but we will be able to evaluate and measure the results through follow-up at our subsequent board meeting discussions, as well as by including an evaluation step in the process with the consultant.
