As a result of this program all ages will be able to learn and enjoy distinct art forms and different genres of music. Local and surrounding area artists will have the advantage to see other artists perform their skills. Evaluation will occur through follow up meetings with planners, counting audience members, talking with the artists which will give them the the opportunity to voice their opinions and their own personal experience at the Freedom Festival.
