ACHF Arts Access
As a result of this program, Pennington County Fair attendees will experience and enjoy a wide variety of high quality talent and entertainment in a central location at no charge. Evaluation will occur through a follow-up meeting with planners, counting actual audience members, and interviews with the artists.
