ACHF Arts Access
The outcomes include concert videos, implementation of a new social media and marketing management plan, photography that helps us tell our story, and a stable executive director transition. Evaluation will include board and staff assessment of the concert video recording impact on audience reach. Social media and marketing efforts positively impact concert attendance as increases in audience size. A successful succession plan will help us implement a executive director transition plan.
