Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

In 2022 we plan to keep focusing on educational outreach featuring diverse, engaging artists who are able to present either via in-person or virtual live format, depending on what pandemic health and safety protocols demand when the project dates arrive. We are also really hoping we'll be able to present live concerts in 2022! We will use funding to help cover expenses for 3 to 4 projects, whether those be in-person or live-stream educational outreach, and/or live concerts. The mix of what we present will depend on what the safest pandemic protocols allow. Our measurable outcome will be fulfilling our mission by serving our schools and our music-loving community and visitors with 3 to 4 high-quality events/projects by dynamic artists from a range of cultural backgrounds and perspectives. We will know our work has been a success if our assessment of feedback from students, educators, and artists show us that our educational programming projects in 2022 have been enthusiastically received and valued, and if they ask for more programming from us. We will use surveys filled out by students, educators, and artists to gather this feedback at the end of each project. If we are able to offer concerts, then event feedback from surveys handed out to audience members, as well as ticket sales numbers, will be used to assess the success of those projects and show us areas where we can make improvements.
