For the upcoming year, we aim to produce a full season of shows in line with what we have produced in the past. That translated to five adult shows, four weeks of children's theater, and one week of teen theater. We will aim to host at least three outside musical or other artistic performances. We will resume our partnership with two of the local school districts. The Carlton theater program has been using our theater and stage to perform one show each year, giving them the opportunity to experience a legitimate theater production. We have brought a show to the Cloquet school the previous two years before the pandemic. We look to restart both of these collaborative efforts as long as the schools approve of the arrangements. Our final goal is to reach 60% occupancy for ticket sales by the final show of the season. Our shows since the pandemic began have been significantly below that figure, and ticket sales will need to show improvement at a certain point if we are going to recover. We will measure the number of shows produced. We will also track and measure how many outside performers book engagements at the theater during the year. We will measure whether the Carlton and Cloquet school districts resume their collaborative functions with us. Finally, we will track ticket sales to measure our success in reaching 60% occupancy. Each of these measures is objective and straightforward to measure.
