Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Our first goal moving forward will be to continue to provide some level of education through on-line lessons to as many students as possible. Last year we had 10 students taking on-line lessons of which 8 had full scholarships. Now that we have the system worked out, our goal will be to provide more. Our secondary goal will be to get back into the studio at Sacred Heart and get the program back to where it was prior to the pandemic. A target of 50-60 unique students served for the year is what we commonly had prior to Covid. To do this will require a lot of outreach to other youth programs and the public. Another goal will be to find the resources to hire a Program Director to lead and grow the program. A target would be to fill that position by the New Year at a 24 hour/week of greater level. We take attendance of students that take on-line lessons. Instructors report monthly on how many lessons were taught and give feedback on who is doing well an dif students are absent from lessons. Looking forward to being back in the studio, we will continue to take attendance and monitor daily numbers. Finding the funding to hire a Director and then finding that person will be a big lift for the MRC/AAMC.
