12,573 tickets sold during this period. Donations increased by $14,829. Expenses were reduced by $44,111. Vendini Ticket Manager tracks all ticket sale- Compared to previous year's numbers. QuickBooks is used for financial tracking showing an increase in donations and decrease in expenses. 2: Board held planning sessions, updated bylaws, created organizational chart, and added three board members. Board meeting minutes and approved bylaws.
