Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

1. Pursue partnerships with arts and non-arts organizations to involve community and encourage participation in the issues illuminated by Theatre Latté-Da’s work. 2. Create musical theatrical experiences that appeal to a diverse audience and shed light on critical issues and concerns facing Minnesotans. 3. Ensure that Theatre Latté-Da’s work is accessible to Minnesotans of all ages, ethnicities, and abilities, regardless of physical, mental, or economic challenges. 4. Develop a unique and enduring art form by creating or producing new works and reinventing existing ones, while employing 100% of the company’s artists from Minnesota, and enhancing opportunities for students and young artists to polish their skills. Outreach and Access to the Arts programs are reviewed regularly by the Artistic Planning/Inclusivity Committee, consisting of the artistic and musical directors, artistic associates, and several board members. Audience surveys evaluate the success of all programs. Pre- and post-show discussions, conversations with season ticketholders, phone calls, letters, and e-mails provide anecdotal information. Community organizations that collaborate with Theatre Latté-Da provide feedback on the work we do together. Evaluate financial statements.
