Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

To hire a part-time development director to help increase unearned revenue sources, thereby improving the organization's financial situation and ensuring its future. This outcome will be evaluated by measuring an increase in donations and by identifying and tracking the new donors. It will also be evaluated by having a balanced budget.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Our outcome in 2016 is to improve our financial development strategies to increase unearned revenue sources, thereby improving the AACA's financial situation and ensuring its future. We implemented eTapestry, which has provided more detailed donor tracking capabilities. Our FY 2015 budget ended in a $40k loss, but that is the lowest deficit we have had since 2011.
