All Minnesotans have access to artistically excellent resources, facilities, exhibition opportunities, and education in the field of fiber art. Program quality and effectiveness will be measured by new and renewing membership levels; audience and enrollment statistics; earned income levels; program evaluations; critical reviews; and ongoing member feedback. 2: People of all ages, backgrounds, and artistic abilities participate in Textile Center programs. Demographic assessments will be conducted on all youth and outreach programs; membership; and education and exhibition program participants. New and ongoing partnerships with schools and community groups will be evaluated.
