MacPhail reached 43,847 Minnesotans with exceptional music programming. Sixty-six community partnerships and financial aid served 5,125 students across the Twin Cities, an 8% increase from the previous year. MacPhail provided 243 early childhood music classes to 7,380 children in collaboration with Metropolitan Library Service Agency. Overall enrollment of 9,000 increased 7%. MacPhail provided professional development and training to 20,796 teachers, music therapists and early childhood music educators. MacPhail produced 309 performances and events enjoyed by 14,041 attendees. Nearly all concerts were free, and the highest ticket price was $20. MacPhail hired thirteen new teaching artists, including Minnesota Orchestra violinist Jean DeVere. Contributed income of $2,707,321 increased 13% from the previous year. Earned income was $5,434,095, up 4% from the previous year.
